Yes. Open the booking from My Bookings, tap Cancel, and we will process the refund per the rate plan you booked. Free-cancellation rate plans refund the full amount within minutes; non-refundable rate plans show their cancellation terms upfront so you always know what to expect.
Each hotel publishes its own check-in and check-out windows on the hotel detail page. Standard timing across most Oxy hotels is check-in from 12:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested at the property subject to availability.
Both options are available depending on the rate plan. Pay-at-hotel rate plans only require you to confirm the booking with a verified phone number. Pay-now rate plans usually unlock the best discounts and instant confirmation.
Coupons appear on the hotel detail page when they apply to your stay. Pick the rate plan you want, apply an eligible coupon at checkout, and the discount is shown in the price breakup before you pay. Some coupons are personalised — sign in to see what is available for you.
Yes. We use secure tokens for every payment, never store raw card details, and protect your account with OTP-based sign-in. You can review or update your data preferences from Settings inside your profile at any time.
