We want your booking experience with Oxy Hotels to be predictable. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

1. When you can cancel

The cancellation window for each property is shown on the hotel detail page before you book. Most Oxy properties allow free cancellation up to a few hours before check-in; some special-rate bookings (deeply discounted or promotional rates) may be non-refundable. The exact rule is always shown at booking time and on the booking confirmation.

2. How to cancel

• Open the Oxy app or website and go to My Bookings.
• Tap the upcoming booking and select Cancel.
• You will see the refund amount, if any, before you confirm the cancellation.

3. How refunds are processed

• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the booking.
• UPI and wallet refunds typically take 1–3 business days. Card refunds take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
• For bookings paid at the hotel, no refund is required as no payment was collected.

4. No-shows and partial stays

• If you do not check in and have not cancelled, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
• If you check out earlier than your booked date, refunds for the unused nights depend on the rate plan you booked.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases — natural disasters, government restrictions, or if a property cannot honour your booking — we will work with you to either rebook or refund in full, regardless of the original rate plan.
