These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Oxy Hotels website, mobile app and all booking services provided by Oxy Consultancy Services(“Oxy”, “we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use Oxy Hotels.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your phone number, OTP, and account credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it if it changes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be misusing the service, providing fraudulent information, or violating these Terms.

3. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and you receive a confirmation from Oxy.
• Check-in and check-out times follow each property's policies, which are shown on the hotel detail page before you book.
• A valid government photo ID is required at check-in. Properties may refuse check-in if a valid ID is not produced.

4. Payments

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include taxes where applicable. Payment is processed via our payment partners. By making a booking you authorise the charge for the full booking amount.

5. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation rules and any applicable refund follow the policy shown on the hotel detail page at the time of booking and our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

6. Conduct at the property

• Please follow the house rules of the property — including check-in time, no smoking in non-smoking rooms, and noise considerations.
• You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of liability

Oxy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your stay, beyond the amount you paid for the booking, except where prohibited by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
