3. Sharing your information

We share your booking details only with the specific Oxy-branded hotel you have booked, payment processors that handle your transaction, and service providers (e.g. SMS, email) who help us run the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active or as required to comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing us at Oxyhotels@gmail.com.

5. Your choices

• Update your profile from the Profile page anytime.
• Toggle marketing notifications (SMS, WhatsApp) from Settings.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by writing to Oxyhotels@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
